I have had several frustrating experiences with the Toyota of Glendora service department. One time I rolled into the shop with Prius trouble and I was told I was out of luck because they don't do diagnosis on the weekends. I asked if they could help me get into a rental so I could still go to work and leave my car for service on a weekday. "Nope." When I told them I didn't want to pay twice, once for the service and once for the day off from work, they suggested I go to a different dealership for service.
This time I had some trouble because I didn't know Toyota of Glendora refuses to take payment online or over the phone. I had to leave work early to pay for my wife's service so she could get her car back. It definitely seems like the hours and policies at Toyota of Glendora are focused on making their own lives easy at the customer's expense.
