The work was good , but the time frame is always long every time I go there for service. I had a 1:45 pm appointment and I went by early to drop off the car because I was doing something and would not of had time to drop it off at the time of my appointment. I was told it would only be about an hour. When I got there at 3:33 pm my car was still in the shop being worked on. I had to call my mother to go pick up my son from drivers ed because I would have never made it there in time to get him. So I waited until 4:18 pm and my car was finished. If it weren’t for the free inspection and free multi check I would go somewhere else to be honest! Almost every time I go there, it is the same. I wait around for hours. It was an inspection on a 1 year old car, should have been a little quicker. I went in the check in area and my car was visible so I watched the guy take 10 minutes to put my inspection sticker on my windshield. He spent more time talking to the guy working on the car next to him then just getting his work done on my car. He probably did good work I’m sure, but needs to do it in a more timely manner

My service advisor, Victoria was excellent. She is very professional, friendly and courteous from check in to check out. She very clearly explained the work to be done and the expected time for completion. My 2020 RAV4 has been serviced at Handy Toyota for the last 4 years and the service has always been excellent.
