Came in to have tires checked. Two tires were found to be damaged. Was told that the tires were not covered by the contract I have. I told them that was specifically discussed when I bought the car. Told me No. Paid for one new tire. Upon getting home and going thru contract and calling insurance company I found out I AM covered. Now here it's Monday and I have to make another trip back to Columbia for them to correct and finish the problem.Over an hour drive one way. Who's going to cover my gas and time? Totally disappointed with this visit

Additionally, I would like confirmation on which items are true safety concerns requiring immediate attention versus preventive or maintenance-based recommendations.
Please provide brake pad measurements in millimeters and the battery load test results so I can make an informed decision.
