Way over done! I came in for a simple oil change. I parked my truck outside and headed in to hand over my keys. I was told to drive my truck into the bay. Then someone with an iPad came over to check in my vehicle. After awhile I went inside to wait for the service to complete. After 1 hr and 15 minutes and almost falling asleep several times, I got a text with a report of everything they checked that I didn't ask them to. Sounds like I have another $500 I need to spend getting another maintenance item fixed. I also noticed that everyone else waiting also didn't get away with the one thing they asked to have done. They all had bad news as way and were encouraged to make another appointment, again using an iPad. Later I got more texts where I can pay my bill electronically. Instead I just went to the cashier and handed them my credit card. I noticed on my bill I was getting charged for a few surprises, like data storage. It seems like Gregg Young has invested so much in all this technology that now all the customers get to pay for it. Plus, it's not like it speeds things up or put things over the top. It did the opposite for me. It's annoying when someone tries to dress up something that's intended to be simple. It's also ridiculous to spend 75 minutes doing a task that should only take someone 30 minutes on a bad day. You can tell that half the time is spent completing some scavenger hunt to see if they can find more wrong. I learned today to not bring my vehicles to your dealership. What a joke and it's not the staff, it's the system.

Andres did a fantastic job no doubt about that and I’m looking forward to working with him again, I liked everything about the place but the only thing that I did not like is that based on what I gathered , the tech broke a part while reassembling something and I had to pay for the part. Which makes no sense to me , shouldn’t that have been a courtesy replaced part since they broke it?
