I do not understand why a company such as yours would try to scam a potential customer with a phony repair and put it in writing too. I was called warning me thay my Highlander had the wrong antifreeze, orange rather than pink. The Highlander has its original PINK a/f in it, how could it be wrong? And follow that up with a written warning is too much. Very disappointed!!
