Advisor was great. But 3 hours for an oil change waiting there is insane. Not the first time it happens. Usually take my tacoma and camry there but I will no longer be taking them for service there

Ashley told me to keep a close eye on my phone as they would keep me updated via text and it would be the fastest way to proceed if any additional services were needed. I did and approved additional services, within that approval I asked how long it would take to have these completed. I did not receive an answer until 1 1/2 hrs later in which I was informed she was going to request services and it would take about 5 more hours. So 1 1/2 hrs wasted with no response nor services being processed.

Made false comments on the paperwork, refused to give me a copy of the documents Insinged and i asked for a copy, sat in there for several hours, they tried to force me to pay labour for work where they basically just tried to find reasons to deny my claim, belittled, spoken down to, tried to sell me parts and if I didn't buy thos eparts they wouldn't honour the csp. Corporate tried to call someome there to clear the work and no one picked up. Worst toyota service of my life, it's already logged with corporate as I was on the phone with them updating their file while I was waiting and will be filing two more official reports against fox.
