Hector has great customer service. Problem is with the service it self. Out of the 4-5 times I’ve been there you guys can’t pad it thru the automatic car wash in the back after servicing it? Wheel caps were not placed tight/right on wheels now i have to replace them myself. If i need to go behind your technicians double checking everything. I might as well just do it myself and save the money i pay you guys and my time ranting on this comment that’s going to get ignored and go unseen. Thank you for helping me make the decision not to go to the dealer for services anymore.

Ashley was gracious enough to spend as much time as needed to answer all the questions that I had concerning my vehicle. I appreciate that she was able to get my car in and out quickly and still spend time with me with all that I had to ask her about.
