I understand how busy things can get. I don’t understand how I can pick up my car without any additional information on what to look for in case something wrong. Horrible customer service overall. Will take my business somewhere else next time.

Not satisfied this visit. There was no air added to my tires 2 were at 28 psi and no windshield wiper fluid/ water added. These are fundamental steps to the service process. What good are the videos and checklists if these small things are not done.

The service was great. Everything got done. I especially like the videos from the service professionals. The only thing that was not perfect was the wait time. My appointment was at 8:30 AM, I got there around 8:15 and my vehicle wasn’t ready until 10:30 AM. It was quite a wait other than the wait time. Everything was great. The account manager was especially nice. I will definitely go back, but just work on the wait time. Thank you.
