This was my first time getting my oil changed at Hoy Fox Toyota. I was extremely satisfied with service. Jose kept me up to date while my car was being worked on. He was polite and professional. He went through everything my car needed and gave me prices. The time I spent at the dealership was exactly what Jose said I would wait. I was very pleased and will definitely be returning.

Service advisor was not interested in answering questions I had. I told him I was taking our car to a mechanic to get a second opinion. Once mentioned that he quickly became interested in getting the paperwork so I can go pay. I was asking him about the water pump issue and if I can get a better price. He just blew me off like I wasn’t even there. I said thanks for answering my questions. He said he didn’t know I asked him anything. Well that’s because you were too interested in getting the paperwork. Thanks for hiring top quality service advisors. After this I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
