Ashley was great but I took car on Friday they couldn’t do the brakes because missing shim kit and they had to order it. Ashley let me know I could keep the loaner until Tuesday when parts would come in but I told her I would pick up my car and bring it back on Tuesday. When I took back the loaner on Tuesday when my car was ready, the gentleman that received the loaner told me to wait in lobby and Ashley would be right with me. He didn’t tell her that I was there and had to wait longer. I was on my lunch break and took more than hour. I went to go see if Ashley was busy and see how much longer it was going to take and she told me that no one told her I was waiting in the lobby.
