Julian should be promoted for all the work that he has done working with me and other costumer. Acura is doing a great job with their customer service and keeping people there updated daily, great service!!

Went in for scheduled oil change and a problem with windshield washer and steering column. Only oil change was performed. Parts are ordered for other problems. Visit took 2 hours. 2 hours for an oil change is pretty excessive.
