The vehicle was dropped off by 9:15 a.m., it was there all day. The main concern was the replacement of a front passenger head light bulb. He did nit notify me that it was not replaced because of the cost till I picked up the vehicle. He never notified me of it. Therefore, I'm still driving without a headlight. He referred me to
the dealership. Had he done that from the start, i would have taken it directly to the dealership n doneveverything there. Also, vehicle was not washed n vacuumed as stated in the receipt. I will contact the dealership for the replacement of the headlight bulb. You need to keep your customers informed at all times of the progres. I am disappointed with the lack of communication. Also, I was picked up at about 4 pmand still waited about an hour more. I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours and left the facility passed 5 p.m.
