Bailey provided great service and kept me informed throughout the process. The price for services was a point of contention, since there was some possible rework. However, this is out of Bailey’s control. He did his best to work with me and reach an agreement, for which I appreciate very much.

Trent was attentive and professional. I was satisfied with his ability to take of me however when I picked up the car within 5 minutes of driving for home the low tire pressure warning light came on. 2 of my tires were at 39psi and 2 were at 35 causing the sensor to trip the alert. Per the door sticker the tires should be at 39, so once I filled the two tires back to 39 all was good. After paying an additional fee to have my tires rotated I would expect the air to actually be checked not just written on the paperwork that they were correct. That’s a tech issue not a service writer issue.
