The service was (so far so) good. I had an emergency situation with a dead battery and Bailey was personable and helpful. I’m simply a bit aghast at the price differential for a battery replacement for what I thought would be under $250 but was double that at your dealership. Other than paying 2x what I had planned for (based on recent battery replacements for other vehicles and cost at Sam’s club), the experience was great.

Shameful.
I brought my 2024 VW Atlas for an oil change. They performed two recalls. One was regarding an engine cover. They simply removed the cover! That was the recall? The engine noise is deafening now and has caused a whistling noise I can hear inside the cabin.
The oil change, I now get an error the engine oil has been overfilled.
The service guy hung up on me. He said to bring the car in again…when? I am working full time. You screwed up, come pick it up and bring a loaner.
I purchased an extended warranty, because the sales rep literally was begging me and promising amazing customer services.
I will contact VW America and write to them about my experience.
