Realize how busy service is, but felt rushed and not valued as a customer. I
didn’t get the customer experience as I would have expected being a Toyota customer for over 40 years. Scott was very nice as my service writer but could tell he needed help as customers seemed to pileup as he tried to keep pace.

I just purchased my car in January, and here it is, March, and my sensors just fall off without any kind of damage. Per the service team, there was bumper work done prior to me purchasing the car. So apparently, someone can just walk up and push in the sensor. If it's that easy to break, it shouldn't be that expensive. NO!!!! It is over $1200 to replace. I'm not happy about that at all. I think if they sell used cars, they should assure those things are correct and properly placed before selling the vehicle. But that's what we go amd it's high way robbery if you ask me.
