Scott and the new guy (I can't remember his name at the moment) was extremely caring, took the time to explain everything. The new guy had most of the other customers looks matched with their name. He maybe missed two out of 15. Something that customer service is all about. I love the team you guys have.

Joe's service was solid. It was the way my vehicle was returned to me that caused me pause today. I went to get in my vehicle and the plastic was still on the seat and paper on the floor. Joe said truck was cleaned but not the case. Also, the placement of the emissions sticker...the old removed The new is normally placed in the same spot. This time placed below where the old was. So a tacky look. I cleaned some of the old sticker off and placed the new one in the same spot. Not sure if it was a busy day or what. What happened was shocking for someone who has been coming to this location for many years. Thank you!

I asked to have them check the car because because there is shaking in front of the car. Diagnosis was that the rear brake and rear rotors were the cause and need to be replaced. I emphasized the shaking was coming from the front not the back. After work was completed, I left and the shaking was still there. Came back to the dealership and turned out the front rotors needed to be resurfaced.
