It took longer than anticipated but it was because the issue wasn't repeatable and the service team took the time to fully try to recreate what I was describing. They kept me informed every step off the way. Literally top notch.

Still stuck with a malfunctioning key fob and the truck is still under warranty. The rep did fine and I don't have 400 lying around to purchase a new one and get it programmed, it's why got the extended warranty,like I said in the beginning, I'm still stuck with it.
