One of the reasons why I decided to take my vehicle to Bommario for the first time is because in my previous dealership, the service was poor quality with poor quality products. I have always been a person who likes to use high quality and performance oils, and one of the reasons why I chose Toyota Bommarito is because on their website it said that they used genuine Toyota oil. Which was not the case. When I arrived, the service representative told me that they used Castrol oil which surprised me because I have had bad experiences with that oil. Then he told me that he didn't know exactly so he decided to call someone, which that person told him that they used Mobil 1. I decided to accept my service because Mobil 1 is one of the oils I trust. To my surprise, after the service, I realized that they used Valvoline oil. Which left me dissatisfied because if I had wanted a valvoline oil, I would’ve taken it to a 5-minute oil change. Faster and maybe cheaper. First time and probably the last one.
