Once I exited my vehicle I didn’t know who was going to help me. Wandered into office who directed me to counting shop. Nobody at that counter for a long time. Also fyi your entries and areas into waiting area need painting

The oil change service was horrible. The original tech that serviced that car didn't tighten the drain plug and it started leaking. This could have caused us a major repair issue that the dealership would have probably denied.
