Every problem i had. There was a rebuttal. How it had to be my fault. The way I pour my gas.... the chargers I buy. It's all my fault. I never knew owning a Toyota was so much work. This may be my first and last Toyota. I've heard good things from other Toyota drivers. I just haven't had the best experience.

I am very disappointed with your service. My tires were not rotated or topped off , I know this was the case as i mark my tires before service. I did not receive a copy of the multipoint inspection so I doubt anything was actually done even a oil change. Do not offer a service speical if you are not going to honor it. You are welcome for my hundred dollar donation and I will never use your service department again. Complete waste of time.

My car was not washed and it was warm enough outside. This is the second time that happened. They did not put a new sticker on my windshield for the next service with the mileage. The mileage listed in my sheet today was 800 miles more than my actual miles. It took over 2 hours for a tire rotation and a fuel induction service. Advisor was polite.

Josip did a fine job. No issues with Josip, but I do not appreciate being talked to like a child by whoever was sitting in the middle service desk this morning. No need to reach out - I’ll be taking my car elsewhere for my service needs. The 30 minute drive was not worth it!
