Whoever did the service turned off my automatic headlights and switched the heat to off. When the sun went down today I had to pull off the road to figure out why my headlights weren’t coming on and why it was so cold in the car.
Maybe it was due to the software update but still it would have been nice to get the car back with the settings it came in with.

I had a scheduled appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation, yet the visit still took 3 hours and 17 minutes. That is an excessive amount of time for basic maintenance, especially when an appointment was made in advance. There was no communication during the wait. While the service itself was completed, the experience was frustrating and did not respect my time. If I didn’t already have three oil changes remaining, I would not be returning. I hope the dealership seriously improves its service efficiency and communication.

Found out that the full inspection wasn't completed at my previous appointment and my tires are at a dangerous level (in winter time and right before a 5 hour drive). No point in taking a half a day out of my schedule for services and paying dealership prices if the bare minimum isn't complete!

Always great, courteous service. However , I did request my car not be 'washed' as I had just spent 20.00 doing so. My car had been washed upon receipt. The only other strange thing was my passenger seat was left in a completely reclined position. It was not like that when left.
