Excellent service from beginning to end. I had no appointment and they greeted me immediately and helped me resolve my problem. I was given a time frame for completion and they finished the job right on time. Great job by everyone involved and a clean, comfortable waiting area.

Took nearly two hours for an oil change with a scheduled appointment. Then my vehicle was "washed" which made the car look worse as only 1/3 is clean and the rest still dirty, now it looks awful. Didn't ask for a car wash, wasn't asked if I wanted one, but really disgusted by it. Not to mention the additional scratches from said car wash.
