I scheduled an appointment to have 4 new tires installed on my 2019 Toyota CHR more than a week in advance. As I set an entire day aside for this appointment, I received a voicemail that morning advising that due to the weather delay on the tire delivery, the appointment was canceled and I would have to call back to set up a new appointment. I then received an email stating that I missed my appointment. A new appointment was scheduled for the next day. It was frustrating to have to set aside two days to have tires replaced when the original appointment was scheduled more than a week in advance.

Scott always provides exemplary service. I trust his advice regarding my old ailing vehicle. Despite there frequently being what seems like never-ending taks and customers he needs to attend to he always provides service with a smile and a joke. It is the only reason I continue to have repairs down at the dealership when they can be done at times cheaper at other places. He is your biggest asset in the service department.
