Took longer than estimated for oil change. Maintenance light was not reset. Checkout was not functioning correctly. Service counter was busy (seemed under staffed). Car was washed but was all spotted. Not the 5 star experience I expected.

After my credit card was declined I pulled ou another credit card to pay for the service. I did not have glasses to clearly see the screen until I leaned closer to see I had pushed debit instead of credit which made my card decline! I inserted the second credit card because I just made a deposit earlier today and I thought the purchase would go through. Anyway he asked to see my two cards to see if they were indeed credit cards! I asked him if he thought I was stupid to not recognize a credit card from a debit card? He acted like he was offended and said I yelling! I said he was lying on me! I also had to ask about washing my car twice! Very insulting visit today! Makes me want to go elsewhere for service.
