Mr. Davis was fine, but I waited several hours for the Tundra to be diagnosed and fixed. Then, drove down the road only to come back because the engine lifht came back on. Waited another couple of hours and was told the texhician didn’t reset the computer. That is a lot of time waiting for something that should have been done the first time.

The service department is absolutely horrible. I plan on buying a new toyota soon, but will probably purchase from a different dealership. My last service appointment, they didn't put the gauge back on correctly on my tire and it lost air. This service appointment.The lady assisting me was very rude.I had to hunt down someone else to get my car to me. Then, she rudely told me that I had to pay for them to check why the coolant was low in my vehicle and wanted me to sign that I was leaving with no coolant?? I had to get a manager involved to get them to put coolant in my vehicle. I then went back and checked my service videos going back as far as over a year and could see in the videos that if there has not been coolant in my vehicle. In over a year. Which I assumed was something your service department was checking and filling. Absolutely awful

Three hours to wait for an oil change is too long. You overbook and make me wait and waste my time just so you can rake in the money. You don't value my time at all. Each time I come in for an oil change I don't need you to check everything else out and then trying to scare me into doing more services. It's getting pretty bad. You all are starting to look desperate!
