Rick’s the best. Clear explanation of service needs. Upfront and honest regarding what is and what isn’t necessary. I wouldn’t want to settle for anyone else as my service advisor at Wesley Chapel Toyota (although I’m sure they’re all good judging from how management runs this particular dealership).

I would love if the sales team would stop trying to sell me cars or try to spruce me up with ‘your vehicle is on our most wanted list’ as far as I’m concerned the sales team is a group a scammers and I don’t trust a single one of them. It’s been my biggest regret buying a car from this dealership. THE BIGGEST. I do NOT want to be contacted by the sales team period. The dealership has a horrible reputation on local Facebook groups and I defer business from coming there any chance I can.
