Mason was very warm and customer service oriented . I went in with a flat and he quickly inspected all of my tires and informed me that he could see that the vehicle had not been driven in a while because all the tires are “cracky” (not the term he used but they need to change) . He provided me with all the necessary information re:pricing etc. & informed me that though they don’t have to be changed immediately, I should consider doing it soon. Also, I did not have an appointment but he treated me just as well as if I did.

Mr. Didio was fantastic. He not only facilitated the solution to my immediate problem but also informed me of other problems the technicians had found. I was always alerted to the estimate costs. I agreed to the most urgent ones. I could not afford to have the front and rear struts replaced on this visit. "Joe" did not give me the hard sell about the struts, but I said I would have the work done on my next visit. He said that would be OK. I don't respond to a hard sell. I really felt Mr. Didio understood me. He is very personable in a sincere way and very efficient and professional. I am an old dude and felt Toyota was looking out for me through Joe Didio.
