Routine 20,000 mile service and a simple recall reprogramming for which I made an appointment. I was there 5 hours. I never got any communication until 4 and half hours had passed and I got the new video work order text. And then, you tried to sell ne the lifetime alignment thing that records should have shown I purchased at 15,000 miles service. Horrible service experience.

Don't understand why if have an appointment it takes two hours Don't understand when the vehicle should be ready you have to wait for your vehicle to show up. And there was oil or grease on the exterior of the driver side of vehicle.
