The only negative from today’s experience was that you don’t seem to have your own courtesy vehicle.
I was asked to wait outside for a Lyft Driver that was supposed to be there in 6 minutes.
I’m a diabetic and have also had heatstroke 3 times.
After 23 minutes of waiting in the 90 plus degree heat, I decided if I wanted to get some much needed food into me, I’d have to walk to Burger King.
Therefore the courtesy ride was a total failure.

All the staff were great. Very nice. But I waited 30 minutes in the bay you pull the car into. Took a 5 min Power Nap too. Appointment was for 12:30, adviser didn’t come to me until 12:55. Cool dude, (gave me 25$ off) but dang, that was a long time. And for an oil change; rotate the tires, and multi point inspection, it took 2 1/2 hours. Felt like it took way longer than it should have.. Great staff, but feels like the mechanics are dragging their feet. But I still appreciate them for what they do.
