I came in to get an inspection on a car i just bought a week ago. Amandas customer service was amazing and the team made me feel comfortable however, an employee (not amanda) notified me they had over 100+ service appointments that day with 15 mechanics. I waited THREE hours for my car to just be inspected which could have taken an hour MAX. Three hours of my day wasted sitting in a waiting room. During this 3 hours i received NO update until i myself reached out to my service provider and only then did i feel like they were rushing to get me out. I feel you guys need to stop accepting so many damn appointments. I understand being backed up but THREE HOURS? for an inspection? absolutely ridiculous.

I am always graded by very friendly and efficient service advisors. They let me know what I need immediately and what is needed down the road and let’s me decide what I want to do that day or do I want to hold off on a service until the next time I come in I trust their judgment I don’t feel like they’re trying to sell me. I feel like they’re trying to do what’s best for the car and that is their job. I am always happy to get my service done because it’s very quick and very comfortable while I wait.
