I was disappointed with the service I received today while my vehicle was in for an emergency repair. I was denied a loaner vehicle to get to work in Brooksville, Florida, and instead had to wait over three hours in the lobby for a battery replacement.
As a customer who has purchased two vehicles from this dealership, I expected a higher level of service. I had several means to cover the $150 retainer; however, because I did not have a credit card with me at the time, I was denied a loaner vehicle and was left without alternatives. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on the level of customer care provided.
