I brought my car in due to a flat tire and 3 deflated tires. I asked for the issue to be checked. Two hours later I was told the car needed a suggested maintenance work for over $1000. I bring my car in faithfully at scheduled maintenance time. I'm disappointed I was kept there for reasons beyond my request. I chose to bring it to the Toyota dealership because I trust the professionalism.

There was a technical error where I was contacted and told my vehicle was ready to go when it had not had the tire replaced. I am told these messages go out automatically, so I do not hold anyone there responsible, just frustrated at the situation. Es un servicio de mantenimiento y alistado del vehículo, deberían entregarlo por lo menos con una lavada superficial, no tiene que ser algo exhaustivo pero lo mínimo sería entregar un carro limpio por fuera. Eso daría un plus en la calidad del servicio, obviamente el cliente no debe llevar el carro en mal estado de suciedad.
