I had come to drop my car off for service yesterday. My car wasn’t in driving condition. So I had called ahead of time to confirm where can I bring my car at since I was towing my car from my truck. I was advised to drive it to the service area and leave it there and I can just drive off. So upon coming there I still stop ahead of service and walked to service department to double check. Kind gentleman said since you guys were opened for another 2 hours they can just have the car sitting there since it would be blocking the service driveway and guided me where to take it. Perfect so my husband accidently drove the truck by service area instead of towing area (which mind you there was plenty of place for cars to get by. So he tried reversing and the car started hitting on bottom so I told him just leave it here and unpbuckle the straps and I’ll just pull it out. (Which was littlwrly 5 minutes you can even check the cameras and in between that time 2 cars easily drove by). But AMANDA values came out shouting on top of her lung screaming and saying YOU CANT READ THE SIGNS you can’t unload here your block traffic and I’m over here telling her the issue but no she only wanted to talk and not listen and definitely being disrespectful. And if you wa t feel free to check the cameras even thought I was given instructions to go inside and drop car off and drive off I still didn’t want any issues since my appointment was for Saturday morning. But the worst experience from Amanda that I have ever encountered in my entire life. Never seen anyone being this disrespectful as she was on Friday night I understand it’s closer to end of the day we all work we all go thru it but that doesn’t make her a special person to disrespect anyone for any reason. She could of have said that nicely or alteast if she listened just for a second she would of have known. AGAIN FEEL FREE TO CHECK THE CAMERAS it was on Friday around 5 pm. At service drive thru

My car was dropped off by a towing company. I called you simultaneously to its arrival and you proceeded to lose my car for three days. I called every day. Nobody knew anything asking my VIN number asking this and that Finally, I asked for the manager and I said I was gonna give a bad rating and they found my car. Other than that, the experience was great. The mechanics were at the top of their game. Everybody was on the top of their game. So I suggest you review your check in procedures with tow trucks and I’ll give you a 2.5 star rating.

I was not satisfied with the afternoon oil change priced @ $69.95 (it is only for 5 quarts)
so since my car (which is not that big) takes about 6.5, the price ended up being almost $25 additional which is like regular price... and with taxes over $100.
If I have to examine the offers that you show with the microscope, I don't think it is worth my time...
Rick has been great, but pricing is important to me.
