It is absolutely ridiculous that I was charged labor for a service that was to be free of charge. If this is your business practice, I certainly will not be back and will not refer anyone to come to Moses. Dan Cava Toyota is excellent with the service they provide. Lesson learned to go where you know the service will be outstanding.

I asked them to listen for a rattling sound. We replaced the struts. $~2,000 We decided to not replace sway bar links. Sadly, I still have a rattling sound when driving over a bump. : (
