When we arrived, I told Eric that my key fob wouldn't unlock my car. He said maybe it needed a new battery. Later, while sitting in the waiting lounge, Eric comes in and says, it doesn't work. No offer of how to fix it or any solution. Upon checking out, another man, after I explain what's wrong with my fob, kindly explains that I'll need to make an appointment to have a diagnostic done to see what was wrong. At least he had a solution. Eric was very abrupt and offered no solutions
