Still waiting for the quote on a part as well.
Disappointed about the car wash. It’s the reason why I bring my car to the Toyota dealership. Otherwise I can find other places to do an oil change.

Right when I drove up, they came in and took the car and were very polite. I went into my service worker and he gave me options of what they were going to do to the car and the exact time that it would be there. Mi calificación la fraccionaré en partes, pues considero deba ser así. Respecto a la atención y el servicio brindado por el señor Helmer Navas, tiene de mi parte una calificación de 5 estrellas, pues cumple con los estándares y los calificativos para su puesto, se nota su preparación y dominio de la actividad que realiza, por eso me baso para darle calificación de 5 estrellas. En cambio, respecto a la confiabilidad que le tenía a Toyota y en especial a David Wilson, cambió rotundamente, pues lo ocurrido en el día de hoy con mi auto, no los sitúa en buena posición respecto a calidad en mantenimientos, pues entregar el vehículo sin aceite en motor, es negligencia de alto grado.
