They always dump your vehicle and do not call you that its done until you call to figure it out. They all of a sudden, “they have just finished” you can pick it up.
Last time I took it for a supposed recall, they left truck worst that when i took it.

The appointment was scheduled weeks in advance to ensure that the recall part would be in stock and ready for installation. Upon checking estimated time of completion was given similar to what was quoted at time of scheduling…I drive in 1.5 hours one way for the service and I sit and wait. An hour and a half past the estimated time for completion and still no communication. Then when I asked why the delay, at least they were honest and informed me they had to go to another location to obtain the part. What should have been 2.5 hours turned into 6 hours.

Not very satisfied at all. I had to go back to get this service because the prior service was done incorrectly caused my oil to leak everywhere. This a year old car and it should not have been leaking oil at all. Due to this error, there is a big oil stain in my apartment parking spot. My apartments charge for oil leaks in their apartment parking spots.
