Whoever was helping me in the beginning was not genuine when I was crying to hear that this was my last oil change and that I would have to pay on the next one. Didn’t know that until I came yesterday on Thursday 2/26/26
Also he was really rude when I was trying to call my husband he was on his phone either texting someone but that’s very unprofessional.
Then to explain why it’s my last oil change because there’s suppose to be tire rotation in between.
I told him I don’t want them touching the tires because on my last vehicle 2021 Toyota someone messed up the lugs and my husband was pissed.
