A cordial greeting. As you can see, I'm a Toyota customer. I decided to become a loyal customer because I feel very comfortable with the brand, but the service was very poor, as was the customer service. They made me wait a long time past the scheduled time for my car maintenance appointment, and I didn't receive professional attention.

Justin tried to charge me for Cooling valve that is normally covered under warranty. Also rental car company that is on-site at Your Toyota dealership is trying to charge me for around $27.00 saying I drove to many miles. No one made me aware of limited milage.

It took over 2 hours to service it even after getting the text about waiting 20 more minutes it took another hour almost as if they forgot about me not all of your customers live in town I live in pahrump 1 hour away and came straight after working 10 hr shift at 7:30 am it seems very Inconsiderate many people who got there after me left before me and I was there right after you opened on schedule at 7:30 am not a pleasant experience compared to my first time

I was frustrated that an issue I was having was not able to be duplicated by the tech, but I understood. My dissatisfaction is the result of no one going over any of the service results with me, and that after 3 separate attempts over the phone, twice leaving messages asking for a call back, trying to get answers, I was never contacted back. It seems as though as soon as my vehicle purchase was complete, the staff no longer valued me as a customer, at least on the service dept side.
