I was in for my “20k” service, even though my truck had 16k on the odometer. I told her about my concerns and TSB’s about my truck and asked her to write down for the techs to see and perform. She said that i needed to pay 200$ for diagnosing fee when the truck is still under warranty. I advised her twice of my car being under warranty and she insisted i pay 200$. I had never had to pay previously for my concerns about my vehicle. I was trying get my brakes changed due to the TSB for my tundra for squeaky brakes. She said techs did not find anything when she did not write anything to be checked.

Mike is always the best.he was off on Saturday and Check out was unacceptable over 1 and a half hour to have my van when it was ready at 10:16 am. I had my van at 1:20 pm. Unacceptable.Call me for details.
