No customer respect and disrespect for safety. Little or no attention to Detail by the shop personnel and service representatives And managers
No real point to return for the third time. I still have boots marks on my truck caused by service tech not using some type of protection that I am sure he had access too. The communication between service technicians and service representatives seems not to exist The service representatives reassurance states of quality are farcical and should taken with a grain of salt! “We will clean and wash” and there are big dead bug marks on the front window and big rag wipe marks and spray splash marks on the paint There’s no point to speak of or point out issues they say have be completed It was told more than once to the service representative not to do a half **** job. On a $5000,00 job I had to point out the window washer reservoir was empty and the brake fluid was not filled to the proper level just for starters
