Upon arrival I had informed the employee I had an interlock device and asked if that was going to be an issue with service she said no I just had to stay there to turn the vehicle on when needed ,they never asked me to turn the vehicle on or “blow into the device “ until the alarm started going off mid service ,she stated that she’s sorry and left a note with the technician.due to that unfortunate circumstance I had to pay over $300 in violations and a recalibration .im hoping the manager made the phone call to the installer like he said he would .ive been a loyal customer of Toyota of Whittier for years and never had any issues until today. I’m extremely upset and unsatisfied with the service today .
