When I arrived to pick up my vehicle
One of the service technicians asked if I had a question. I said no.
He looked confused.
But then I said, I am here to pick up my vehicle.Oh, who was your service provider?And I said Brian Beougher. They seem to not know who you were. So then they asked me, what kind of car did I bring in? So I told them it was a crown. They appointed to a crown, a platinum, which I then said, no, that's not my car. Again, I saw confuse faces on several of the technicians. So then I was asked, what color is your car? And I said storm cloud. So off they went looking for a toyota crown and storm cloud color. A few minutes later, we're looking for the key.We can't find the key.We'll be with you a few minutes. For just owning a new car for a few weeks. And having to come back twice with staff, confused and mixed directions makes me wonder. If I made the right choice to go back to toyota of Whittier. I certainly hope a future services are not as confusing as these last two, we're.
