When I arrived, they took my car to be serviced as normal and said to return around 2 PM to pick my car up I had a family member pick me up from the dealership to get a call not even 30 minutes later that the parts were not shipped in so I had to go back and pick up my car it would have been nice to notice that my parts weren't gonna be ready for my car to be serviced
