The personal service was great. Gustavo was very professional and personable. My dissatisfaction was that I now have a headlight not working. As part of the safety maintenance I feel that should have been noted. My car is not even a year old and my headlight is out. Something must be wrong.

No communication at all. I couldn’t get through by phone, transferred from department to department only to leave messages. Was told part would be a week wait. Had to physically go in after 3 weeks. Took 2 days to put part in. Over priced, spent $800.00 for replacing 2 hoses. Last time was quoted $100.00 to replace a $20.00 part. What do you think? Scary ridiculous.
