Very poor service from start to finish. I arrived at my scheduled time and was told I did not have an appointment - that the person who scheduled me erred by making me a 730 appt because even though they are open at 730, they do not take appointments until 8. Additionally, Hyundai submitted a claim for a service I did not receive so when I went for my covered maintenance, I was told I could not get it covered. The person who was assisting me offered to ask the manager if there was anything they could do about it and I overheard the manager telling him to "Sort it out with homegirl because there's no way I'm eating the cost of an oil change" The whole thing was very unprofessional and I left without getting any service done.

Damon from the start has been professional and helped with trying to get things resolved. The issue is the technician that worked on the problem and created a new issue which made me have to come back to have it rectified.

Very satisfied.... unfortunately the diagnostic did not work out, but only because the problem that I was having has not been happening for the week since I went to PRIDE to tell the service dept & to make a service appt. But Jordan told me that if it happens again, that I should record it on my phone and come back to make another appt. I did have the security recall done as well as an oil & air filter change. This work was done in a very timely manner.

The service team is awesome. They took me as a walk in to put my new RI plates on, my front plate bracket on, AND they inspected my car! They were so helpful and accommodating. I am very grateful for them. Everyone is really nice and personable. A great asset to your dealership!!

After being in the waiting room for three hours, for ( a regular oil change and tires rotated ) I noticed my car in the parking lot, but no body came to me to let me know that my car was done!!! A little annoyed I approach the desk service and asked if was anything wrong with my car and how long was going to take? The gentleman looked around and not even apologized , just saying I have been very busy, here is the key and don’t worry you had a Complementary Service, you have nothing to pay and you not even need a receipt!! Well I was not happy and very disappointed ( I have no receipts to tell me what was done in my car !!!! Came home call the customer service and asked to talk with the manager , they give me a e-mailed answering machine, left a message explaining my unsatisfied service!! Had no reply!! I don’t intend to offend anyone but I don’t think I was treated properly! Thank you Sincerely Lisette S
