Mostly satisfied, just wish he would have told me about the smoke that would be coming out the back cuz of the service that was done. It got me so nervous I pulled off the road wondering why it was blowing out so much smoke, thinking something was wrong & I shouldn’t be driving. I called the service department to ask what was happening.

My appointment was for 7:30 arrived service writer turning on computer. They drove the vehicle into the bay until 8:07. Confused first morning appointment however 35 minutes behind.
Other items were resolved after several discussion appeared there was confusion with issues that were presented at time of appointment .
