Setting up my service to get my back bumper fixed, the service was set as scheduled but under “pending approval.” Once the scheduled service was a week out, I still had never received confirmation. After calling in and requesting for the person assigned toy service email or call me to confirm, I never received communication. My husband called a second time where he was able to get a loaner car secured, but we still never received confirmation. Upon drop off, I was questioned whether it was confirmed which I then had to explain how I tried. Getting the loaner was a quick and easy process, and the repairs were done in a very timely manner which I greatly appreciate. After receiving the call and email that my car was done, a payment link was sent to a 3rd party upon my request as the person responsible for the damage wanted to pay without filing an insurance claim which was also an easy experience. They paid in the early afternoon which was confirmed by Lexus via email with an understanding that I would be coming around 4:30 to get the car. When I checked the loaner in, I was handed a bill and told it wasn’t showing up. I told her person who checked me in the name of who had emailed and collected the payment. This was accepted, and I was directed to wait in the lounge. It then took almost an hour to receive my car. I understand they were busy, but the car sat in front of me in the service pick up/drop off bay for 20ish minutes of that time. Several people asked if I was there waiting for my car which I confirmed, but nobody seemed to check further than that. Upon finally getting checked out to take the car, I was again asked if it had been paid for, so I told who I had been emailing with, and it was confirmed that the payment went through. I was finally taken to my unwashed car after it sat outside for 4 days. The person who checked me out was apologetic, but waiting close to an hour to receive a dirty car that the work had been completed on feels extreme. The person who checked me out acted surprised to still see me there and it seemed as though whoever checked in that I was waiting either didn’t communicate or I was simply forgotten about. The lack of communication throughout this repair process was highly lacking from start to finish which is more frustrating than the time I wasted waiting.

I had 70 miles in my tank of my rental for at least a 3 day loan, really needed it for a trip OOT on the day promised. It worked out ok but really was disappointed in communication and customer service for the first time ever!

I called Cory immediately after returning home because we noticed some black marks on the front left side and a smaller on the front right side. I took a picture of both marks in hopes I could forward to Cory so he could look at the photo tape that was taken of my vehicle as I entered the Lexus dealership. I didn’t get a call back today, disappointed because I’m leaving town for a few days and will be unavailable to come in for an inspection.
So I’m not thrilled with the customer service I received today.
