We are missing my handicap permit. It was on the dash we we turned the car in for service. It was not in the car when we picked it up. Hopefully it turns up in your maintenance shop.

I am extremely satisfied overall with the level of service I received and the work done to my vehicle. I was given a beautiful loaner to use while work was being done with no hassles. Nick and the mechanic staff went above and beyond to diagnose and quickly repair my headlight issue, and gave me an extremely reasonable price. I was frequently kept informed of the progress, and was given a detailed breakdown of the charges and work that was done.
Dealerships/mechanics generally can have an earned untrustworthy reputation. A lot of other places could have and/or would have overcharged and taken advantage of the customer because, they couldn’t know one way or another, or were stuck between a rock and a hard place. That did not happen here, and I am extremely grateful!
Honestly, this experience has restored my faith in car dealership service departments, Lexus of Omaha anyway. I now have full trust and confidence that Nick, and Lexus did right, and will do right by me in the future. I am appreciative and thankful for that. I will definitely seek out Nick as my service rep in the future.
