You can't fix the issue. I do not appreciate being asked if I know what I repaired on my own vehicle and when someone asks how you know a part is bad and you can't tell them then it feels like you are fishing for extra work. I just wanted to know how you tested to prove that my master and Slave cylinder were not operating. I even asked specifically if fluid was put in the system or if they tested it another say as I have a very extensive understanding of mechanical systems. I explained what was wrong and why it happened and was told you would not put fluid in my clutch system and let me take the vehicle. This was the first time I have used Northcutt and since I live in the area I assumed I may be in need of their service again. Currently based on my service I would prefer to tow my vehicle all the way to Tulsa, Oklahoma City, or Bartlesville. Really any other Toyota dealership will do. I do not believe the customer is always right. In fact I generally agree that businesses are way nicer than they should be to customers. In this instance however I got off the phone very angry and quite frankly ready to put up a billboard about how bad the service I received was involving this issue. All that needed to be done was to tell me how you tested it. In the end I was told they did not test it but because my clutch went bad the cylinders had to be bad however if they had listened to anything I said I installed them several years ago and had a slight bubble of air which had gotten locked in and I didn't go back and bleed the clutch. I left it that way for a significant amount of time and it had gotten bad enough it was not operating properly. This conversation went from a small annoyance to very angry with the icing in the cake being the technician saying it looked like I didn't replace something and asking if I replaced what I said I replaced.
